Conforme já noticiado, o 11º álbum de estúdio do Gamma Ray sai em 28 de março. Empire of the Undead estará disponível pela Armoury Records em parceria com a earMusic, nos formatos CD padrão, CD/DVD Digipack, LP, digital e como uma boxset. No player abaixo, ao final do texto, é possível conferir o lyric video da segunda faixa do trabalho, denominada Hellbent.
A banda alemã de power metal liderada pelo vocalista e guitarrista Kai Hansen gravou o novo disco, sucessor de To the Metal! (2010), em várias sessões realizadas ao longo de 2013, com Eike Freese no comando da mesa de mixagem ao lado do baixista e co-escritor Dirk Schlaechter. Mês que vem, o grupo iniciará a turnê de divulgação na Europa, tendo o Rhapsody of Fire como atração de abertura.
