O Megadeth revelou a arte de capa de seu próximo álbum, TH1RT3EN. A capa foi criada pelo artista John Lorenzi, que trabalhou nos dois últimos álbuns de estúdio do Megadeth, United Abominations de 2007 e Endgame de 2009, bem como no box set da banda Warchest lançado em 2007.
O novo single, Public Enemy No. 1 pode ser ouvido via streaming no site da banda (Megadeth.com).
